Return & Refund Policy - Nemas Gardens

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At Nemas Gardens, we want you to feel confident and supported in your gardening journey. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Certain items are non-returnable (see below)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital downloads or e-learning materials

  • Live plants or perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your item was marked as “free shipping,” the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
