Nemas Gardens, a minority-owned business nestled in Prince George's County, MD, was conceived by urban gardening enthusiast Kevin “Q” Alsop. Driven by his dual passion for cultivating healthy food and fostering community self-sufficiency, Kevin envisioned a venture that not only creates sustainable and ecologically friendly urban gardens but also contributes to social-emotional learning through dynamic learning spaces within the school system.
